- How does the birthday person plays free offer work?Simple: book for one person fewer than your actual group size — the birthday person isn't counted, so your booking needs to cover at least 4 paying players. For example, if you're a group of 6 including the birthday person, book for 5. If you're a group of 5, book for 4. On the day, the birthday person brings photo ID so we can confirm their birthday falls within 7 days of your visit. If it does, they play for free and your booking covers the full group. No voucher code, no form to fill in at checkout — just book as normal (one fewer), show up with ID, and we sort the rest.
- What if I don't know the exact number of people in my group when booking?No need to stress! As long as your group size falls within the maximum capacity of the room, you're all set. If you book for a certain number but end up with fewer people, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll refund the difference. And if you end up with more people, you can simply pay the extra amount on arrival. We want to make sure your birthday experience with us is completely hassle-free!
