Frequently asked questions

  • Are there films or games similar to this activity?
    +
The MOLE show recently came to Netflix, which is an escape room-ish, there's a lot of hype around it, and both the young and older population know it and I recommend mentioning it like fresh meat. Ps. Check it out for yourself, it's great.
  • How many people can we accommodate?
    +
Incognito Escape Room can accommodate up to 34 people throughout the four games that we have on offer at the same time at two locations (only 5min walking apart). Our game Cabin in the woods can take up to 10 people and Baker street mystery, Kings Quest and Prohibition can take up to 8 people each. We cannot take any more people than what the game actually allows.
  • Age limit
    +
Everyone is welcome to play our games from 0 to 100 years. Kids under 8 and adults above 100 years old are welcome to play for free. Kids 15 or younger have to have an adult participating as well with them and that person is counted as a player as everyone else and the charge is applicable.
  • Cancellations and refund
    +
If you wish to make changes or to cancel your booking please contact us by email or by phone at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time slot. Any payments made for a game cannot be and won't be refunded within 48 hours prior the game. We have strict 48h cancellation and refund policy. If you have made your booking less than 48 hours in advance please double-check your booking and details because the 48-hour rule will be applicable to your booking as well no matter if you have booked 5 hours in advance only. We are working by the appointments only so please take that into consideration.
  • Can players leave the room at any point?
    +
In case of panic attacks, claustrophobia, urgent calls, or unpredictable situations you are very much allowed to leave the room at any point. Our staff is there to help you in any of those situations plus we have a panic button in any of our rooms which you can use at any point of the game.
  • Is there any parking?
    +
We do not have our own parking, but there is Thomas garage just around the corner which is open Monday-Saturday 7 am-7 pm. Also, there is street parking just around the corner on Oliver Bond street.
  • Can I bring any food or drink to the Incognito escape room?
    +
We do not offer or allow any food or drink, especially alcohol in our venue, but of course, you can have some water or similar if really necessary while playing.
  • I am heading to the airport on the day of my booking, can I leave my luggage at your venue?
    +
We do not have any lockers for your personal things, so any small bags and small private things we are recommending to bring with you in the game. You can leave luggage on your own responsibility in our venue in the office or reception area while playing, but we cannot hold it after you leave.
  • Do you provide games in any other languages?
    +
While we are an international team and we are proud of that, we do not provide our games in any other language officially. We can, on a special request, do the intro, and intro only, in Croatian, Spanish, and Irish together with, of course, English. No harm in asking, so just ask and we will see what we can do :)
  • Is it safe to play while pregnant?
    +
The answer to this question is an absolute yes from our side regarding the safety of our games, but really the answer could only the mother know. Only mother knows what triggers her and what could upset her, so if she is scared of dark, small spaces, jump scares, and similar we are not recommending any other game but Baker Street mystery :)
  • I am suffering from epilepsy, am I allowed to play?
    +
Only people who are suffering from this condition know what triggers them. In all these years our games caused 0 triggers to our players suffering from epilepsy, but really to be 100% safe, we would recommend the Baker Street game if you are not sure which to choose.
  • Do we have a conference room, after-game playing area, etc?
    +
We do not have any additional space where you can be prior to or after the game, other than our reception area which is meant only for the game intro and outro.
  • I see that you have exact times when the game starts, are those flexible? I would need something between 3:40 pm and 5:20 pm.
    +
Our game start times are not flexible but actually very strict. Any disrespect of our start time will affect the game after you and the players who did come on time. That being said, in case of being late, we will need to cut your time depending on how late you are. We are very sorry if our start times do not suit you.
  • I have booked for a certain number of people but I will have a few more or less people, what to do?
    +
Not to worry! Your game is private, meaning if you booked Cabin in the Woods game you can have 2-10 people, and if you have booked Baker street mystery or Kings Quest, you can have 2-8 people in each game, so as long as you have the number of people what the rooms allows you are good to go. If you have paid, for example, 6 but will have 5, do not worry, we will refund you the difference if you let us know for a change 48h in advance prior to the game. If you have booked for 5 but you will have 6, again, not to worry, you can pay extra when you get there.
  • Do I have to wear any special outfit for the game?
    +
If you have chosen the Baker Street game you don’t have to have the slightest worry even if you have decided to wear the finest gown you have in your closet, but if you have chosen the other two games in our offer we would recommend something more casual, not a wedding dress or a suit for sure. :) The medieval time or serial killers are not fashion friendly.
  • Are our rooms wheelchair accessible?
    +
We are sorry, but due to the nature of this industry and what the escape games usually have (hidden doors, tunnels, small rooms, basements, etc), we were not able to make it wheelchair accessible in the way that at the same time meets the most modern escape game standards. We will be working on it in the future and update this answer as soon as we have something new in the sleeve. :)
